Dylan Chidgey
Founder, Principal Consultant
My role as Founder & Managing Director has me wearing various hats within the business as it has evolved however I am responsible for the strategic leadership and tactical alignment of our services and sales teams.
A lot of my focus is spent working directly with our clients to understand their requirements from not only a technical perspective but more importantly aligning that to a business outcome. This sees me working with our clients through the entire journey from solution design to the continued engagement to offer continued value & partnership.
Secondly, I work closely with our strategic partners to develop & work towards our goals & objectives in a collaborative way that has been a key ingredient in our growth & success. This consists of GTM strategies, joint marking efforts, sales cadence and working as an extension of each other’s teams.
Last but certainly not least, I work closely with my team to provide the leadership & coaching to ensure they’re enabled and driven towards delivering the outcomes our clients deserve whenever they engage with Intrepid Solutions Australia
Gareth Bettridge

Gareth Bettridge is an accomplished Director of Professional Services with over 18 years of experience in the technology industry. Throughout his career, Gareth has established himself as a highly skilled and results-driven leader, with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver complex projects that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Gareth began his career as a systems engineer, working for several prominent technology firms before transitioning into a management role. He has since held a number of leadership positions in services organizations, including Director of Engineering and Project Services Manager.
Throughout his career, Gareth has established himself as a highly skilled and results-driven leader. He is known for his ability to develop and execute successful business strategies that drive growth and profitability. He is also highly regarded for his ability to build and lead high-performing teams that deliver exceptional service to clients across a range of industries, including healthcare, utilities, and government.
Gareth is a strategic thinker who is adept at identifying and addressing business challenges. He has a keen eye for identifying areas of process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Asia Watson
Technical Director
Asia Watson is an accomplished Technical Director at Intrepid Solutions Australia, with over 18 years of experience in the field of IT infrastructure and systems management. His deep technical expertise in a wide range of technologies has enabled him to lead the technical team at Intrepid Solutions Australia to develop innovative solutions for the company’s clients.
Asia is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest technologies in the field of Cyber Security, Systems Management, GRC & IT Service Management. He spends much of his time researching and experimenting with emerging technologies, and how they can be applied to existing a future customers’ to ensure that Intrepid Solutions remains at the forefront of the industry.
Asia is an effective communicator and collaborator, understands the importance of teamwork and uses his technical knowledge to guide his team towards successful project outcomes.
