SolarWinds had been deployed as part of a larger project for a critical emergency services application & infrastructure project however, there was a deeply rooted issue that was resulting in stability issues with the project going into production within two weeks.

SolarWinds referred eHealth & NSW Ambulance to Intrepid Solutions for assistance, the Intrepid Solutions team understood the urgency & critical nature of resolving the issue the Intrepid Team made resources available & commenced working to stabilise the platform.

The Outcome
