eHealth QLD engage Intrepid Solutions for bespoke training & enablement for SolarWinds

eHealth QLD uses SolarWinds for the monitoring & management of its critical network, infrastructure & applications across the state resulting in a highly complex deployment with a large & diverse array of operators & stakeholders.
The Solution
Intrepid Solutions worked with eHealth QLD to understand their requirements and the audience in order to create a series of tailored workshops to enable users of the SolarWinds platform to use it effectively as well as the administrators & power users were given the enablement to harness the advanced capabilities.
The Outcome
A team of over 40 IT professionals were given the skills & knowledge to get the most value from their investment with SolarWinds and be put in a position to leverage the tool effectively.
